I lead as a servant to the team. Hiring thoughtfully, giving people room to grow, and building processes that make work predictable without making it joyless.
02 / About

Senior engineering leader at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, and Compliance.

I oversee multiple engineering teams within Fulfillment at GitLab, including Fulfillment Platform and Utilization. These are the Quote-to-Cash, Monetization, and Utilization systems behind every transaction, and a key part of the company's path to $1B+ revenue with a strong AI focus.

My scope spans Quote-to-Cash, Monetization, Utilization, SOX & Compliance Engineering, Platform, and internal workflow automation, managing Engineering Managers and ICs across globally distributed teams in eight countries.

Over the past year, I've operated as both SEM and PM for the Platform team, authored the architectural vision for modernizing our revenue infrastructure, and contributed to company-level monetization planning alongside executive sponsors.

The work I'm proudest of is the multiplier kind: 4 Intermediate→Senior promotions, 2 Senior→Staff, 1 Senior→EM, and many maintainers developed. Recognised as Key Talent.

For senior engineering and leadership conversations, advisory, or the occasional deeply nerdy thread about Quote-to-Cash. I respond when I can, candidly.
