I lead as a servant to the team. Hiring thoughtfully, giving people room to grow, and building processes that make work predictable without making it joyless.
02 / About

Senior engineering leader at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, and Compliance.

I lead the Monetization section at GitLab, responsible for the Quote-to-Cash and billing systems behind every customer transaction and a core part of the company's path to $1B+ in revenue. I manage other Engineering Managers and seven globally distributed teams: Purchase, Subscription Lifecycle, Billing Engine, Platform & Infrastructure, Platform Integrations, Monitoring & Anomaly Detection, and Compliance.

I work where Engineering meets Finance and Compliance, and I use AI daily to inform architecture decisions, automate team processes, and accelerate delivery, building these habits into my teams across many countries.

Over the past year, I've also acted as PM for the Platform team, written the architectural vision to decouple our revenue infrastructure from Zuora, and contributed to company-level monetization planning alongside executive sponsors.

The results I care most about are the multiplier kind: seven promotions and five new maintainers grown across my teams, 57% of FY26 hires from underrepresented groups, and recognition as Key Talent.

  • Default incident manager for CustomersDot, with zero revenue-impacting outages during critical billing periods
  • Seven promotions and five new maintainers grown across my teams · 57% of FY26 hires from underrepresented groups · recognised as Key Talent
